Rose began as a dream held by an 18-year-old Ruby.
I’ve always been a crafty kid, someone who loved making handmade gifts for friends, teachers, and the people I care about. Creating has always felt like home to me.
Later, I discovered the world of small businesses and saw people following their passion, their heart’s desires, with nothing but hard work, courage, and belief. That’s when Rose was born.
I started Rose to keep my life’s passion alive, and to gently remind others that it is possible to create from the heart. This is a space I built with love, where every customer is seen, valued, and celebrated.

What is the return policy?
At the moment, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. All our pieces are handmade and often created specially for you, which means they are not ready-made products. We kindly request you to review your order carefully before placing it.
When will I get my order?
The processing time for both Indian and international orders is up to 2 weeks, as all pieces are handmade.
For custom or special request orders (especially those not listed on the website), processing may take 2–3 weeks. Once your order is shipped, delivery time depends on your location:
India: Approximately 5–7 days
International: Approximately 14–20 days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to location, customs clearance, or courier delays.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are handmade, including charms, bracelets, hairpins, and clips. Each piece is carefully created by me, from start to finish, with lots of love and attention to detail.
How much does shipping cost?
For Indian orders, the standard shipping fee is ₹110. In rare cases where the parcel becomes heavier, the shipping cost may increase. If this happens, the additional amount will need to be paid by the customer.
For international orders, shipping starts from USD $30.
The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout and may increase depending on the weight of the package.
